Segmental takes a look at the segments built in Custobar. Do you want to see how your most important target groups have developed over time? Now it is possible. Segmental displays KPI metrics of different target groups, such as segment size, value and behavior metrics in one easy view.
COMPARE SEGMENTS WITH EACH OTHER
With Segmental, you can compare up to six segments with each other and draw conclusions about the results of marketing efforts in different segments: which group’s average purchase has decreased or increased, and which segment always responds better to newsletters?
COMPARE AUTOMATIONS
In addition to customer data, you can use Segmental to compare campaigns and automations. You can directly see the functionality of different newsletters and automations, and you can monitor the results of different automations over a longer period of time. We can visualize at once how different A/B or A/B/C/D testing has worked.

Segmental reveals the insights from your customer data
Segmental is a data analytics tool developed by 70/30 Digital. It utilizes Custobar’s data to show KPI-metrics such as revenue per contact, open rate or click rate per segment.
With the help of Segmental, you can see e.g. which customer group is the most valuable to the company, and how different customer groups perform with each other.
With the help of Segmental, you gain an understanding of which target groups are the most important for your business, and in which target groups lies the hidden potential. Insights from segments can also be a game-chnager for product portfolio management: do the company’s products best meet the needs of the most valuable customer group?

HOW DOES SEGMENTAL WORK?
Segmental collects data from Custobar’s API’s. It then shows the data for each spesifically defined segment. Have you wanted to monitor, for example, the average purchase of dog owners, the size of the segment or the development of behavior over time? Now it is possible.
What data does Segmental need in order to work?
Segmental uses Custobar’s data and target audiences. Whatever segments can be built in Custobar, the same segments can be monitored in Segmental. The more zero party data you have, i.e. interest data or other enriched data, the more interesting it is to use Segmental. But you can start without it!
